Get to Know Kristi

 

Hey there!  I’m so glad you’ve stopped in to visit.  I’d love to share a little about me.

I am a proud member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2004!

I have been married for over 12 years to the most amazing man, Michael.  We have 2 dogs that are 16 and 13 and keep us busy!

Growing up I was involved in gymnastics, cheerleading, basketball, and track. Ironically, I hated running but absolutely love it now!

Over the years, I experienced several losses: my dad at 39 (cancer), sister at 34 (cancer), brother at 21 (suicide), and my mom at 72 (cancer). Coping with all these losses was a challenge, but running helped me through a lot of those times.

Most days you can find me outside running/training for a race, working out with as heavy weights as I can handle, or reading anything and everything fitness and nutrition related! When I’m not busy working, you can likely find me traveling to one of my favorite cities to explore, hike, and sight-see: Las Vegas!  

I've since been in the fitness industry for over 16 years training clients in all aspects of healthy living all over the nation online and locally in-person. As a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, I help people learn how to live a happy and healthy lifestyle without spending hours a day at the gym or giving up eating out.

As someone who has lost over 25 pounds and kept it off, I know the work that has to be done and am confident that you can achieve all your goals if you have the right tools!
